I ordered generic Xenical. It arrived in blister packs, no box and was marked Xenical (not generic). I sent the pills to Roche Pharmaceuticals to be examined. They wrote back saying there was zero orlistat (main ingredient of Xenical) in the capsules. I have emailed allpills.net 7 times with no response. I called and was told to email again attention Rebecca with a copy of the letter from Roche. I did so twice with no reposne.

Sent yet another email marked urgent. No response. I just called them and Jasmine, the customr service manager said she just got my email yesterday and they could not issue refund until she spoke to shipping manager. Also said it was company policy to ship an items three times, then if I'm not satisfied, I would get a refund.

I said I don't want any more product from them since I can't trust it. I just want a refund. She said she couldn't do that. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was it. I asked who owned the company and I ahd to drag out of her that is it someonenamed Keith Hector in Nevada.

She was very rude, wouldn't let me speak. She finally asked what I wanted from her. I said an apology and a refund. She said I wuold get neither. I have filed a comlpaint with the Scottsdale AZ BBB.
