I tried to order the Equinox face serum online for the sample and it wouldn't let me, so I called the number provided on the website... When I called the rep told me about the ordering the serum for less than the full price, he said that he could do $49... The charge on my credit card was $63, I never received an e-mail confirming the purchase or an invoice of any kind... When I received the product it was in a very generic envelope the box itself was not even sealed and the night and day bottles were not sealed either... After about 8 days, I called the company to let them know I wanted to return the product, because I'm not satisfied with it and I had developed a rash... Talk to two different people the first rep told me she was going to talk to a manager to see if I could do that or not... I said I don't want the product I want my money back... She said I'm going to help you with this I'm going to talk to my manager and call you back in two hours... Well 3 hours went by and I called back... When I called back to speak to Michelle Cross... She said her name was... (I made sure I asked for a name, don't really know if that's their real name) well she wasn't available and I asked for a manager, I was put on hold and spoke to Mathew Rhodes who said he was a supervisor... I said I want to return this product and get the $63 charge back on my account, he said well, we can't do that because you ordered the full size not the trial size and we don't have a refund policy for the full size... I said if I wasn't fully satisfied with it I was supposed to be able to send it back... He said no, no, no I said well you better listen to your recording because I was told if I had any issues with it to just return it without any problems, this second guy Mathew Rhodes said he would call me in 2 hrs, he still has 1 hr to call we'll see... I am so mad... That is totally false advertisement. And even if it was true about the so called return policy, they never sent an email explaining this return policy they are talking about... I would like to know how to get the attention of the media to stop this crooks from doing this anymore and get my money back... Please help me
