Ripoff is a scam

I tried to cancel an order that was held up being shipped. They ignored all the e-mails i sent. There is no phone number or address to contact them. The only e-mail i received was a automatic response when i sent a complaint via their website. It stated an agent would get back to me - which no one ever did. I plan on persuing this to the fullest as i gave them 5 days to cancel the order and they still attempted to ship it.
