I too have had a terrible experience with Dragon-Art-Work.

After placing n order for a xmas present for my boyfriend on the 9th Dec, i received no contact from Dragon-Art-Work. After repeatedly calling and leaving messages, i decided to email. Still nothing! Its not a couple of days to xmas.

I emailed both info@vikinget.com; info@dragon-art-work.com and finally got the following reply:

'We are sorry for the delay in getting your Skeleton letter opener sent as it was late coming in from our supplier. We will contact you after the Christmas holiday with an up date on your order and expected delivory. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Have a good holiday and thank you again for your patience.

I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I hvae again tried calling but keep getting that damn answer machine. I call all hours of the day so am convinced they screen their numbers now.

If i dont hear back from them in the next week, i will be contacting my bank to put in a claim against them

Wish id seen this forum before i placed my order!
