Hula Tan Did not honor one year contract for 10 tans (worth $150)

I paid $150 for 10 tanning sessions at Hula Tan on Fulton Avenue in Sacramento. The contract was good for a year. When the owners sold the business to a new owner, the new owner refused to honor the contract for my unused credits. I had months left on the year-long contract and a number of $20 tans. When I asked the new owner, "Are you saying you're not going to honor my contract with the previous owner?" she simply snickered and said, "There IS no CONTRACT."
