Blind stupor workers lose glasses after they call and say they are in

I was newly dx with ms and needed glasses for my optic neuritis and to train my eye sight back.

I order glasses pay up front and then get a call 2 weeks later they are in. Have someone drive me over and only to find out my glasses are not there, believe they gave them to another customer. How nice. Then they did not want to give me a refund, I drove from another state to get them, dropped our plans wasted an hour and they did not even try and look in the envelopes. They just walked around in a blind stupor. Supposedly i got credit on my card and in fact it has not shown up and I think I deserve compensation. They find the glasses give them to me free and an apology in writing.
If need be fire the idiot who was responsible.
