Ripoff no integrity dishonest scamers stay away rude

This company has NO integrity. They feed off of "trying" to make people think they owe more money then they actually do. I have had nothing but HARRASSING phone calls from DENISE, (Who refused to give his last name) in regards to my gym membership from over 1 year ago. Somehow 1 month owed has turned into 3 months PLUS late fees. Whe I asked Denise (who calls himself a manager) how and what I needed to do to dispute the total charge, he refused to tell me, simply repeating over and over again that "there is nothing for you to dispute, you signed the contract."

When I asked "Denise" to give me the breakdown of the charges, after the third phone call I had made to him, he finally broke them down verbally, which is when i realized I was being charged for 3 months instead of the 1 month I actually owed. Now please explain to me how you can owe 3 months when the money was AUTOMATICALLY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH. When I asked Denise for a breakdown "IN WRITING" to be mailed to me his exact words to me (and they were taped because I was on my work phone) were " stop playing games and pay us the money you owe" My only question to Matrix Acceptance and Denise is: WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY A BILL AND NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS FOR?

When I told Denise to turn me into the Credit bureau and that I would dispute the charges with them, meaning Matrix Acceptance would have to prove that the charges are valid, Denise was speechless.

So please turn me over to a bredit bureau... I bet i'll get my breakdown of charges then... If you can provide a valid one.
