This company is the lowest of the low. We are struggling financially & they STOLE our money! Cold hearted!

My husband & I were struggling financially in 2010. We signed up with Total Credit Solutions, LLC to help us with our credit card debt. Denise, the President informed us that she could negotiate how much we owed significantly & stop the collection calls. She would pay our creditors off. Yeah! Relief.

We have had an automatic withdraw from our checking account for 2 yrs of $151 every month. We owed approximately $13,000 to 3 credit card companies. At first all seemed fine, collections notices stopped. About 6 months in, we were served with court documents stating we had a lien on our home. I was mortified.

I called Denise to find out what the issue was. She said fax the papers to her and she would have her legal dept look at them. I tried to call her after not hearing from her and finally reached her by email. She said don't worry about it. The only issue with the lien is unless you are selling your house in 60 days. We weren't, so I let it go.

A few more months go by & we start getting collection notices. I called Denise again, she never returned my calls or emails. Then we got another lien notice. I called Denise to let her know & never heard back. I called at least 8 times. Finally fed up I cancelled the automatic withdraw & left her a scathing message. And then to top it off, my husband got a notice that his wages were going to be garnished. I am in the process now with my bank to try & collect those fees she stole from us. She did nothing with our money & she is heartless. People who use this kind of business are looking for help. But instead of help we get scammed for money we don't have.
