This company has been stealing from me for over ten months. They say they are like insurance but won't pay for anything. When trying to cancel the insurance they send you to different people repeatedly and disconnect you and even laugh at you when you tell them why you are upset with them.

I was outsourced from my job because it moved to Mexico and the so called supervisor said I was being racially rude by saying so. Her employee laughed at me and she turns it around to being a racially wrong remark to make, but excuse me for trying to explain that not having a job and no money coming in is wrong for them to be stealing from people like this!

I have a confirmation number that they canceled me, but I don't trust them and am closing my account ASAP.

There is something wrong with this great country of ours when you can't afford to get decent health care and then end up having people like these get away with theft. I am thinking of relocating to Canada.

If this even helps ONE person, it was worth it.
