Opened a preauthorization on my card, but haven't charged it, or sent product, refuse to answer inquiries since Oct 6., Internet

Since Oct 6, I have sent multiple inquiries to these people. The first time I got a response that appeared to be from a human (giving me specific information), but the last two times all I got was a computer generated response. Each e-mail from them promised a prompt response to my inquiry within 24 hours, but that's all I got until I sent in another complaint.

Now I'm in a bind because I'm having to scramble to find product before I run out, and because they opened a preauthorization, my debit card is still subject to being debited even though I told them to cancel my order. Stay away from these people!
