Fradulent Billing ripoff

What was supposed to be a monthly shipment policy turned into being billed on my credit card for 4 shipments within six weeks. The fourth one was billed on the day the manager signed the certified mail receipt receiving my cancellation. The 4th shipment was never received.

Upon contacting them they got very aggressive. Accused me of lying and fraudulent activity. I got within a few hours time about 15 nasty emails accusing me of all sorts of nasty ways and practices. They then started harrassing me at home and work with threatening phone calls.

I received 3 of 4 shipments and the 4th one they continued to claim I received and called me a liar. I filed a dispute with the credit card company and changed my number to prevent further abuse. The two women that run the company at the very least exhibit unstable and aggressive behavior. I have done business with many companies in many states and online and have never run into such dishonesty and aggressiveness. Buyer beware on this company.
