I ordered a trial order of tea, was charged $59.95 for 60 tea bags and they are automatically sending and billing two more shipments at $59.95. This is a huge scam and misrepresentation

I thought I was ordering a trial quantity of weight loss tea. My credit card was billed $1.95 then $59.95. When I contacted Wu-Yi they said another shipment was just sent out and my credit card would be billed $59.95 and a third shipment would go out in a month. I told them that I was unaware of an automatic order arrangement and I felt that their practice was unscrupulous and illegal. They indicated that I could return the two shipments and gave me a Return autorization number to include. They said it was important to have a tracking number on the return in order to receive credit. There should be a law that no one can automatically charge your credit card unless it is authorized each time or a disclaimer signed which clearly states "I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM AUTHORIZING AUTOMATIC ORDERING AND BILLING FOR THIS PRODUCT" I am going to write to my Congressman and the Attorney General of California about this firm and their practices.
