Ripoff, Fraudulent charges

My Account was charged $79.95 fron LeanRX.
I did not order from them, I ordered from Leanlifepm 6 months back, that's where they got my info.

I had cancelled any further shipments from Leanlifepm, many months ago. I have tried calling 800-296-2029 all day only to get a recording. I left 3 different messages with my phone no. No response back.
I have notified my Bank, not sure what they will do.
I will probably have to change my account no.
