Ripoff they are taking money out of my checking account without authorization

I answered an ad for free trial Hoodia next thing I know I'm being charged 99.00 for a 2 month supply, so I called and cancelled it, about 6 months after that, there is a with drawl of 74.95 out of my account from leanrx, so I went to the bank to dispute it and sign an affadavit, well they gave me the money back and said they would file against the company, well here it is 6 months later and there is another charge on my account for 74.95 from leanrx. I've tried calling but they want you to put your credit card number in the phone (yeah right). I called another number that is on my statement and all it is is a recording that says someone will be with you shortly, then another recording comes on and ask for your phone number and a breif message of why you are calling They don't call back.
