Purchased product online for $1.03. Was charged 94.31. Called to cancel, was told to return the product, and would only receive $65 because 8 day trial was over. Was also given a number to place on package when returning. Was told would receive refund 3-5 business days after product was received. Called several times including the 19th only to be told they had not received the product. Finally on the 23rd was told we received the package on the 12th but you did not write the R&E number on the package so we will only give you $45.00 refund.in process of falsely attempting to refund the $45, I was then told, today is the 23rd and your 30 day trial was over on the 22nd, now we can not give you anything.
