Horrible customer service rip off charged for work not done! Orange

Charged me for a visit from 2002 (i was only 17 yrs old) i did not receive any services and ended up leaving the offices that day. They have placed a collection on my credit for services that i never had done that day!

I have made several attemts to contact them to get this resolved, there customer service dept is the worst customer service dept i have ever dealt with. I have been transferred tons of times, sat on hold for hours at a time, been hung up on, and been told that they can't help me!

I just want this crap off my credit. I received no services from western dental and do not owe them money!
