Western Dental Dishonest Price Quotes During Consiltations

I am having the worst experience with your company and its horrendous billing procedures. I have tried talking to the store manager who is absolutely useless, contacting someone in the corporate office is impossible, and finding an employee who can explain what is the purpose of signing an initial contract if the prices are subject to change.

I went to the Western Dental located 4550 E Thomas, Phoenix AZ over a year a go now and I sat and had a consolation with the Manager and explained to her I can only afford to do so much work at the time. We worked out an estimate and I signed a contract and agreed to the services. She told me I had a good dental plan and the would be able to cover the majority of the work. I thought nothing of it. I have since been billed almost every month about $200 and I am still getting billed by your offices. No one will show me the original contract that I signed they will just tell me that this is what I owe.in January I made arrangement to pay $400 and on my last payment I asked the manager "IS THIS IT, WILL I BE LEFT ALONE!!!" and he stated yes. I had not heard anything from the company so I thought I was finally done with this horrible experience but no, I wasnt. I received another bill in May stating I owe $200 I went to the office and of course the manager did not recall our first conversation in January, he explained I still owed, I asked why am I still being billed for services given 10 months ago, he had no answer. So I paid it, now I receive invoices stating per a signed agreement I missed payment arrangements and a late fee charge of $10, I never signed any agreement and I never made any arrangements.

I have no problem paying a debt I owe, but went to Western Dental thinking it was the most cost effective and under the agreed prices I was given by the office manager, I went form paying $400 to an additional $880. If your offices are not sure what the prices are then they should not quote any numbers to any one.

Anyone who asks me about a dentist I quickly tell them where not to go "WESTERN DENTAL"
