Illegal billing Ripoff

Hi, this complaint is in regards to a hospital bill in which I have been billed double on one and triple! On the other. The fact is the bills were paid! In full. After paying I was shortly there after contact by the hospital's billing dept. Asking if I needed to setup aa payment plan, I informed them that it was paid they told it was not and a payment plan needed to be setup, after some back and forth phones calls it was agreed upon that If I paid the lesser bill again in the mean time they would leave me alone while they sort things out and I also gave them the phone number to my bank so they could confirm the checks had in fact been cashed. Soon after that I started getting harsing phone calls to them saying I need to setup a payment plan, so at this point I have been double billed, so I tell them that I have proven through my bank records that I paid, THEY need to prove otherwise. So they reported me to collection I let the collection office know all the details but they weren't interested in that they just wanted they money. Soon after moving to FL they started harassing me down here so my Uncle intervened and paid IN FULL and has the check stub to prove it! And yet they still are reporting it as unpaid. I contacted Experian and I am sending them some documentation to back it up. But so far nothing has been done to fix this. One billed paid THREE times! Is that fair? Whats to say that a fourth time will make any difference? As far as I can see they broke the law!
