Ripoff dhishonest fradulent billing call me mental, call me a liar. This is a fraud!

They charge me for something i didnt order on 05-22-06 from this company Acumen labs for the amount of $4.94 and on 06-08-06 for the amount of $99.96 plus a charge from my bank of non sufficient fees of $34.00 for a total of $138.90 i need my money back. They call me mental and they dont care if i didnt recieved the packages. They just wanted me to comfort me mentally. Why? Who gives them this authority to charge me. This is a fraud
