WhiteOverNite - Novapointe - SkyFission -BurnFatHoodia ripoff Charged my credit card for $106.90 for product I did not authorize and refuses to issue refund

On 02/12/06 I signed up for a trial offer of WhiteOverNite for the cost of S/H of $3.95. Per the terms I had 14 days from the date of ordering the trial to cancel and be billed for no further shipments. I sent an email to cs@whiteovernite on 02/19/06 advising I had not received my trial shipment and would like to cancel my request.

I received my credit card statement on 02/23/06 and found that I had been charged the $3.95 on 02/12/06 as I had authorized but I was charged $106.90 on 02/17/06 for a shipment which I had not received nor authorized. I promptly called the number provided on my statement and was on hold for quite some time before I was prompted to leave a message - I left a message advising I had not received my trial shipment nor the full shipment and did not authorize the charge of $106.90 and wanted a credit. I also followed up with another email at this time to advise I would take action against their company if I did not get a credit. I received the 60 days supply on 03/08/06 and the sample shipment on 03/12/06. I never received a call back nor a response to my numerous emails sent.

I was trying to resolve this dispute myself and finally got my credit card company involved when I was billed $106.90 for a second shipment on 05/02/06. I was credited for the second charge billed on 05/02/06 but was charged for a charge of $49.99 for BurnFatHoodia which I never ordered. When I spoke to the representative at 909-930-3060 regarding the WhiteOverNite she stated the terms of agreement state I had to pay for the first autoshipment and that was not refundable. I then advised I was reporting them to the FTC as they have changed the terms and at the time I ordered it clearly stated that I had 14 days to cancel and have no further responsibility. I then asked if they also distributed BurnFatHoodia and she stated they did - I promptly advised I never ordered that product. The representative advised she would make note not to send any further shipments. I asked when I supposedly ordered and she replied a few months ago. I have not ordered anything on the internet since the WhiteOverNite disaster therefore this company is also charging credit cards for other products they distribute but the consumer did not request.

I am reporting the charge of $49.99 for BurnFatHoodia to have a formal conplaint on file in case I am refused a credit for this charge by this company.
