DDS ripoff scammer, billing for product never ordered

Dr. David wilhelm sends me a bill for something they say I ordered almost 6 years ago. Come on, dont you think they would have contacted their client immediatley and not waited years down the road. This doctor is trying to scam scam his clients saying that I ordered a mouth guard they are charging almost 500.00 bucks and they sell the same thing at walmart for 14.95. The office had harassed me for months, then they turn it into collections and threaten it will rurin my credit report if I don't pay. I never needed, never ordered and never picked up any mouth guard. This doctor is billing his clents and probably insurance companies unnecessarily. Then has collections companies and his employees calling to threaten and collect fraudulent made up debts. No wonder this office has such a enourmous turnover rate on employees.
