Ripoff

My child decided to place an order for this product and then backed out of the system without pressing the submit button.

This company still charged my account this $4.87 approval fee (who ever heard of charging to approve taking money from someone's bank account) Then charged me $15.95 priority shipping along with $69.95... Not to mention they want to charge me another $79.95 later on.

The company refuses to refund anything but approx. 35.00... Nothing more... They are very rude people to deal with... It is as though they are prepared for us to call and tell them straight up they are theives or that we did not place this order.

I just reported this company to the BBB. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Everyone that has dealt with this company needs to contact the BBB and file a complaint.
