My father was placed in this facility on April 1st 2006. The family was asked to pay for a complete month of care at the cost of $6120.00. My father passed a way on April 11th in the facility. We where sent a letter explaining that we would be charged only for the 10 days he was there and that a refund was due of $4090.00. Here it is June 5th and noting yet. We have made several attempts to contact Kerry Walker the business office director and every time my mother or myself call he is always either not there or in a meeting and when asked to return calls it is never done. On June 2 Friday a call was placed early that morning and he had not came to work yet.in the afternoon a second call was placed and we where told he was out to lunch he would call us back.in the early evening yet a 3rd call was placed and we had been told he left for the day.!!! Beware people of this home!!!
