The See Clearly Method
Rude and Not Helpful At All!

Health & Medicine

I heard an ad on the radio for the See Clearly Method and thought I'd try it because I'm always concerned about my eyes. The lady I spoke with sounded nice enough.

A few weeks later I received the package and opened it. It seemed like an ok program, but I never got a chance to try it because I simply did not have the time.

I knew if I didn't return the product within the specified time I'd be charged so I called the 877 number and spoke to a man who didn't seem very nice.

I told him because of my present situation I haven't had time to do the program and instead of waiting till after the 30 day trial period I simply needed to return the product. He tried to convince me I needed it and that I needed to actually try it.

I responded by saying "I have chosen not keep the product and I simply want an RMA #." He responded VERY rudley by saying "Well, if you're happy with glasses, then I'm happy with glasses." I couldn't believe it! I almost said something, but I had a feeling I'd only make things worse.

I mailed the product back, insured and haven't heard back from the company yet about whether or not they've received the package. I hope so.

It made me very wary when I read on the return slip that all persons are advised to "insure" the product upon returning it because they aren't liable for it if something happens. This leads me to believe THEY aren't very reliable or trust-worthy.
