Tan Thin's website free offer is misleading as they take unauthorised monthly debits of $79.95 from your Visa!

BEWARE OF THE TAN THIN website offerring a free sample of their thermogenic slimming product whereby you only pay for the postage which is $3.95.

This offer is extremely misleading and is a misrepresentation as there is absolutely no indication when you supply your details, name/address and your Visa details to pay postage fee of $3.95, [for this free offer] that you are unknowingly commiting yourself to monthly unauthorised debits of $79.95. Since I received my free product I have had two unauthorised amounts debited to my Visa card namely, 49.36 on the 15/11/09 and again 52.13 on the 24/11/09 totalling 101.49.

I was totally unaware until I checked my Visa statement and have since closed that Visa down and will receive a Visa card number.

I searched for other unsuspecting Tan Thin customers and found one person who was scammed the same way, who gave further information that it is only when you click on a small link at the bottom of Tan Thin's website that you find out you have been roped into an unauthorised monthly comitment to pay $79.95.

Worst still I'm unable to cancel my Membership No. With Tan Thin as their Denver, Colarado telelphone No: 1-877-758-8831 is unattainable, also same for their customer service tel. No: 1-888-553-1092, you just cannot get through to Tan Thin at all.
This is the same for their UK telephone No: 44 0328-76029, it too is unattainable.

Tan Thin's two received emails confirm just the receipt of order and delivery and have no facility for replying and there is no Tan Thin email address provided on their website to write to cancel my membership.
