Tru Genix Hoodia
Ripoff and will not refund money

I bought the Tru Genix Hoodia for $3.95 a 15 day supply... They then have charged my credit card $99.41 and will not refund my money, but they 'said' they cancelled the rest of my orders. They will not even take the product back if I ship it back. They said I checked a terms and conditions box that stated I needed to call and cancel after my 15 day trail period. I asked to talk to a supervisor, she said there isn't one that I had to send a letter to this address PO Box 95668 South Jordan, Ut 84095 Attn: Ultra Life. This was all after I spent all day on hold! I called Mc Marqi Nutrition they said they are the billing company and can not help. I'm at a lost and don't know what else to do. They are definately a rip-off company!!! I do not want this product and want my money back!!! Do you think that maybe the whole product doesn't even work that's why theres no refunds or sending back!!! Hmmm.
