TRU GENIX - E CURVES ripoff on hoodia products in January

Tru Genix offered a free trial bottle of Hoodia. I did not cancel but was charged on January 24 8.97 and again on Feb. 8 for $46.90 and again by ECurves for $28.97. I call the 800 # and talked with a girl named Katrina and faxed her by charge statement and a cover memo stating what I wanted, which was please refund my money or send the merchandise. I did not hear back from anyone and did not receive a refund or merchandise. I believe this company advertising incorrectly and taking a lot of people's money and not doing anything about it.
