Ripoff medical malpractice neglect physical injury emotional damage

My daughter was diagnosed with allergies so, I take her to the specialist with doctor instructions, the specialist put my daughter under a two years treatment and give instructions to my doctor to put two shots in my daughter's arms every week increasing her doses and writing down if any reactions occurs. For almost five months my daughter was receiving this shots but the nurse never increase her doses as the specialist required. We find out when the sheet in which the nurse was writing the reaction got complete fill out and we called the specialist to request another blank sheet, at this time a person on the specialist office told us that we don't suppose to finish the liquid given by them and He ask us to visit with the specialist. When we talk with the specialist She was surprised and frightened because they don't increase my daughter doses as she requested, she told us that she needed to talked with the doctor about it before she can tell us anything.
I got pretty upset and I called the doctor immediately to ask her about this mistake, she review my daughter file and she told me that it was her nurse's mistake and she will write her up, also she said that she will reimburse what I pay for my visits and she will pay for my next vaccination request. Also she promised to not charge for the rest of the visits until the treatment finished. I feel very frustrated because my daughter was being hurt without benefit at all, her arms were being pocked every week just for nothing. Also in order to take my daughter to her shots I have to get out early from my work because doctor office closed at 5:00 P.M. And I get out at the same time. I request permission on my work to get out early every week. But not only that, I lost a lot of money as well.in conclusion my daughter was hurt, we waist time and money also. Now, we have to start over again with this treatment and of course I don't trust my doctor anymore
