False promises, ripoff, never received the product California

We ordered the Cybersonic system and paid for it in October.

We have never received the product but did get some replacement heads and have been charged for the shipping and handling of two sets of replacement heads. (Credited for one set at this point.

We ordered two systems and have made several calls to no avail and now the phone number can no longer be found, only a internet ordering system.

As some of the others have written we too have been kept on call for extended periods with promises of immediate shipment but still no system almost 6 months later.

I feel we have been given the run-around and false promises. I do not believe they have ever sent the systems.
