Aka Prescription Alternatives - Usaveonpills charged my debit card $149.95 for a product I did not receive or order Advertised free sample in a email

I received an email from Prescription Alternatives to try a free sample. I order sample and two days ago say a pending charge on my bank statement for $149.95 for PE labs. When I tried to call phone number on statement I go a recorded message saying to leave my phone number and someone will call me back within 24 hours. I have been waiting for a phone call and have not received one yet. Then I called the order number included in my free sample to ask to speek to someone and the lady was rude and told me to go to web site and file a ticket with support and someone will call me. I feel they are just giving me the run around. I plan on talking to someone at my bank and getting this charge taken off. From now on before i order any free samples off the internet i will check out this site to see if there are any complaints!
