RIPOFF - Ordered on February l9 and it is now March 14th and have not gotten anything. I have emailed them 5 times with no response. They charged my credit card the day I ordered

I ordered on February l6, it is now March the 11th. No order yet and I have emailed them 5 times with no response. They charged my credit card the day I ordered. It was paid through PayPal from California that is what it says on my credit card. I am so mad about that. First time I've been stiffed on the internet.
