Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing of credit card without cardholders permission

Complaint Description:
I received an offer from OralBright in my email and was told that I could try their product if I paid $4.87 for the shipping. I did this in good faith and received the package and tried it which was basically worthless. I never ok'd OralBright to Charge my credit card for ANY funds other than the $4.87. I received another package from them without a request from me and have shipped the product back. I received another kit from them and shipped it back. I received my credit card statement which showed that OralBright had charged my account for $49.95 twice. I called their numbers from my credit card statement—neither number allowed me to speak with anyone. There number gave another number which was 888-298-1381 which not only did I call but my credit card company (Chase Visa) also called them while I was on the phone. When you chose to speak with someone you would hear about 30 seconds worth of music then the phone would go dead. I did get an answering machine on one of their extensions and left a message in which they did not respond to. I left multiple emails which they did not respond to. They make it impossible for anyone to directly contact them so they can continue to charge the individual for their worthless product. I have put the charges into dispute with the credit card company and they say that anyone that disputes their charges will have to pay an extra 10% of the total value of their product at what ever they consider retail value. They say that if you don't accept their product that is sent to you through the mail you also will have to pay $30.00 per returned item for them to destroy the product. If this isn't illegal I would like to know why it isn't? It is a strong arm tactic of a company that takes advantage of trusting people. They force anyone that falls for their trial kit offer to continue to accept their product or else they will force even more financial burdens upon the individual. The mafia of the early 1900's could have taken lessons from the company. I am asking that anyone that will take on this organization of thieves to help me and any future victims to get out from under their threats.
