They are debiting my checking account without my permission ripoff

I noticed $5.66 being debited from my checking account. It was very gradual, something you wouldn't notice. I called the bank and they told me to contact them.

I contacted a Bally and the manager said I signed an agreement back in 1998. I never received a card or any contract of any kind. They did call me regarding a credit card. I was paying on the card until I filed bankruptcy.

Anyway, they have been taking $5.66 from my account every month for eight years now. I need to have this stopped. I never remember allowing them to debit my account.
