Aka NovaPointe I asked for free sample, paid shipping & handling, they sent 3 bottles and chg my credit card 99.90 RIPOFF

I answered this ad on Yahoo that said lose weight overnight while you sleep with the miracle capsules. You were supposed to get 1 weeks supply (7 each) free by just paying the shipping and handling.

It was just a matter of a few days when 2 packages arrived by mail. The one package had the 7 free capsules with a charge of $6.95 shipping and handling. The other package had 3 large bottles of the same capsules with a charge of $99.90 to my credit card.

I received these on one day and sent them back the next day saying I didn't order them and didn't want them. I told them I had a severe heart condition and couldn't take any of these capsules and I wanted my money back. I sent these back to the "Return to address" shown on the bottom of the sales slip. I sent these back first class certified (another $6.49) with a proof of return signature card attached (another $1.75) so I would know when they got them back.

After I sent these back, I called the phone number that I found to tell them what I had done. I was put on hold for 6 minutes when a woman with a spanish accent answered the phone. She said that I had to have them back to them in 30 days or the sales was final. I told her I had just got them and but the sales slip showed they waited 10-14 days to even send them (so unsuspecting clients had less time to return them. I told her I had sent them certified and I would know when they got them back.

I received the return card in the mail and called the company back and told the lady that I had a ups tracking number and a signatire that proved they got them back in less than 30 days. The lady told me my credit card would be refunded in 30 days. That was on December 19th and I still have not received any credit nor will they answer the phone.

This company should be reported to the post office for mail fraud and each state that someone was cheated in state's Attorney General for prosecution. They should also be banned from doing any business on the internet.
