Maked unauthorized charge of $55.87 for trail offer south jordan

I recevie a email from Tru Genix for a trial offer on all natural diet for shipping and handling $2.95 never received anything but a $55.87 charge on my credit card.
I send two letter to this company that I later learned it's a one person operation with a mail box at mailbox ect.
