Ripoff dishonest and fraudulent charges to my card

Upon receiving the 7-day trial package of the diet pills, I immediately notified the company via email and told them NOT to send my any further shipments or charge my credit card. I received responses from the company, including a webpage response that popped up stating, "we will not ship any further shipments to you and your credit card will not be charged. Despite this, the company charged my account for $99.90. I have made numerous attemps via email and phone, but I have not received a response back from the company.
