RIPOFF 2 1/2 yrs later with gaps in my teeth

I am still being ripped off. It has been 5 months since my last treatment because I was transfering to a new office and they sent my chart to a totally different office I never even mentioned.

That's beside the point. I have had problems with this company from the beginning. From assistants letting me go with a broken wire in my mouth, to this day where I made a specific appt. For the bracket that is broken in my mouth to be fixed. It still isn't fixed. They put an "appliance" in my mouth to stop me from biting down and breaking the bracket off. But, they didn't put the bracket on.

In August the previous appliance they put in mouth began to move forward into the back of my palate right above my front teeth. My appt. Was on Wednesday.By Friday I was in terrible pain. Saturday I went to the office because my mouth was dripping with my infested saliva and I was in worse pain than the night before. The front desk receptionist told me to go to the emergency room! I went to my ortho doc. Because THEY are supposed to help me. Anyway, I waited until Monday for an assistant to be there to take it out. When they did, a piece of my mouth was hanging from my palate and a chunk was missing. They just said "This happens all the time".

Needless to say I have had the worst experience in my life.

During one of my treatments, they realized they had left some of the root of a tooth they had taken out around June. So, last August I had surgery to take the forgotten root out of my mouth. I thought that's what x-rays were for.

In conclusion, I could go on and on about this company. I just wish I would have researched this company before I wasted my time and money.
