Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulant billing

I too have been a victim of this rip-off scheme. Little did I realize that when I ordered my "free" sample, 14 days later my account would be debited $99.90.

Upon finally reaching a person; I was told it was too bad and the shipment went out and as long as it was returned in 30 days I would be given a credit. When I asked for the manager I was told she was not available and I should have a nice day and was hung up on.

After leaving several messages I did get a return call, but not from a manager. Now she was at lunch. I left a message for her to call me but she never called.

After leaving 2 messages today, I finally got the same rep I talked to yesterday who told me she couldn't help it that I couldn't read and her manager would tell me the same thing and she hung up on me again.

When I called back and asked for a manager, the same rep came to the phone and told me she was going to hang up on me again, and she did!
