Ripoff 14 days to cancel? Company cannot count! Unauthorized charge! Ripoff

Yes I know the order sight says 14 days to cancel from the date the order was placed. I placed it on the 3rd, canceled on the 16th and was charged on the 17th. 3 4=17. I was well within my time frame. I have e-mailed them, next I will contact the bank and let them know this was unauthorized. Then to the Better Business Bureau.
