Leanlifepm ripoff dishonest promises of free trials Internet

This company promised me a free 14 days trial product. They told me I could cancel within 14 days and they would only charge you the shipping which is about 6 dollars. I did order the product but I didn't like it. I called a lot of times, but always answered a machine saing to leave a phone number and name and a little messages and they would call you back. They never did. I also e-mailed them a lot of times and never responded back. Then waited after the fourteenth day and then send an auto-mail saying that the account was canceled but not refunds which is $99.00

I am so furious becasue in all this time I could never talk to a representative. They hide on the phone. Worst of everthing, on the message they sent me said the following:

We are sorry to see you go!

Please note that this is an auto-reply message. Please do not reply to this e-mail.

Remember, your full name, address and transaction ID must be included. Your auto-ship membership cannot be cancelled with this information.

Please note that upon the above completed requirements that your auto-ship membership has been cancelled and you will no longer receive future shipments or billings. Thank you.

Each time I call, they never anwerwered or called back.
I am not even sure if they really canceled or what. They can use it as they were asking for me to submit information to cancel but how could I if they never answer the phone. The e-mails are always auto-mails? And how come they didn't send me the auto-mail the first time I e-mail them which was within the 14 days free trial.? T
