FindSerenityNow, Miracle Burn, Goodbye Hangovers, ripoff charged 10 year old child for diet pills and won't give money back!

My then 10 year old daughter ordered diet pills that were supposed to be free from the internet. What she didn't realise was that they would autoship more to our address and charge my Visa for them. She had gotten my Visa card out of my purse while I was asleep. When the second envelop came I intercepted them instead of her and she tearfully told me what happened. She thought they were only a $1.00 which was what the free ones were advertised for. She did not know that there would be more shipments.

I called to report I was sending these back and was told that they would accept the return but it was my responsiblity to keep my child from using my card and that they would give me a credit toward another product. It is close to Christmas time and I really need this $80 that they charged my account and don't want to fight them over this.in our state minors can not be held accountable for buying items like this and I feel they should accept them and credit my charge account back the $80 they charged my credit card.
