Ballys rip off active duty military when deployed

I worked out at Bally's for about 7 months then I decided to join the Navy. I called ballys and faxed them orders telling them I was going on active duty they said no problem that they would cancel my membership. Well they lied and continued to charge me while I was deployed and build this huge bill.

Well I didn't think anything of it beacause I thought they had canced the membership. It's been about three years since I checked my credit report and me and my wife wanted to buy a house and the loan officer came back with are credit report and said congradulations Ballys says you owe them a lot of money.

I have tried to dispute it and talk to different people but they still haven't done anything to get it off my credit. Thanks Bally's
