Direct Diet Pills.com Company Did Not Answer My Emails, Phone Always Busy, Still Charged My Credit Card

I ordered a product from this company and within a few hours they sent me my order confirmation. At that time I realized the product I ordered was not what I thought it was (because I was misled by their website). I immediately started sending them emails and calling their customer service number. The phone was always busy and they never responded to one of my emails. I GOT THE ITEM IN THE MAIL TODAY!!! They completely ignored the fact that I wanted to cancel my order. Their website says you can cancel your order before they are shipped and they will send you a fedex number when the item is shipped. They never sent me an email with a fedex number, so I assumed, even though they never responded to me that they had canceled my order in response to my numerous emails. Well, they didn't. This site has to be a total rip-off. I bet if you try to go there in a month or so they will be long gone. STAY AWAY FROM DIRECT DIET PILL.com!!!

Does anyone know how i can get them to reverse the charge? Thank you.
