Presumed altered medication ripoff business from hell

I am interested in putting a complaint against Walgreens. I think they sold me altered medication. I went twice to change the medication, I didn't get my money back and I was extremely dissapointed to find out that this people weren't doing the best of efforts to try to help me. I am very concerned because I believe the first and second set of capsules were altered. The first one bothered me substantially, it had me all uneasy, headaches and more and the second one I ordered raised my blood pressure substantially.
