I know they have been having financial trouble for awhile now but this morning (9/18) I went to workout at about 9:00 am and the place was closed. There is a sign on the door that says "under new management" closed. Don't know for how long.

People are angry because they spend lots of hard earned money on trainers, spa treatments, child care etc only to have it all taken away in this unethical manner. Employees haven't been paid for a couple of months and he fired all the management. I have heard he doesn't want to sell the business but is looking for investors.

I am one of the lucky ones. I cancelled my membership on Sept. 1. I was month to month with no money spent on personal trainers or child care or spa treatments. I hope the others who are not so lucky get their money back but I have heard he is filing for bankrupcy before the laws change on 10/1.
