Ripoff Duped me into purchasing a two year pre-paid membership when they knew that they were having financial problems and going to shut down facilities

In early August, Naturally Women ran a $499 two year pre-paid membership package which included six personal training sessions, two massages, two facials, fitness classes and unlimited child care servies. Shortly thereafter, they shut down their Tempe location, and as of Friday, September 9, their Metro location. As of today, September 11, there are no instructors, personal trainers, massage therapists or child care workers to provide any of the services promised at the Arrowhead location. I have not received any of the services paid for in my contract, and can not even use the facility as there are no child care workers.in addition, all of the employees left because they have not received a pay check in the last 6 weeks. Naturally women knew that they were having financial problems as pay checks had started to bounce when they took my $499 membership fee on August 2nd. They defrauded many women when they ran this special, took their money, and started shutting down their facilities and ceased to provide the services that have already been paid for. It's just a matter of time before they are completely out of busines and all of these two year memberships will not be honored at all.
