Ripoff, Closed the club July 12, with 5 days notice after I paid in full just 60 days before., Phoenix, Tucson, Glendale

I'm distributing the e-mail I delivered to Char at Normally Ladies In Gilbert on July 8th, after I had been informed there is nothing they might do about providing me back my $500. I'd attempted the brand new membership, I went there and also the traffic was absurd. I joined the membership which was 1-mile from my door, not 15 miles.

Our title is xxxxx xxxxxxx. I closed a-2 year agreement, compensated in money in the Membership on Cost Highway in TEMPE. I registered there since it is just a HANDY AREA for me personally. Less that 2 weeks later you shut the membership and inform me it's not your condition that it's no further handy for me personally to sort out. You've my cash, and that Iam just-out of fortune. Our agreement claims when I TRANSFER within 25 kilometers of the team I might not stop my account, it generally does not say something about you supplying up and shifting.

I tried arriving there, it's REALLY annoying for me personally. IF, somebody have been truthful with me within the first-place and explained there was possible the membership could be final, I'd have simply been down the road to 24-Hour Exercise and registered there. IT HAD BEEN THE PLACE, NOT THE NAME AROUND THE TEAM.

Possibly contact me, or email me, but I want a solution why who owns Normally Ladies believes he is able to simply draw the plug, without any notice or option for all those people who do not wish to generate an additional 24 miles round trip to exercise, after I registered since I just had 1 1/2 miles roundtrip.

That also provides fifteen minutes, not in-rush time to my journey each method. The final moment I arrived home in the membership, it had been one more half an hour, and so I was overdue to get a conference.

Within 10 moments of getting this e-mail Char called me. She stated she'd place my title set for a reimbursement, which was per month before, I'venot noticed 1 term since that time.

I really hope you might help me and also the several different ladies who have been left with no choices.
