RIPOFF is a thief He blatantly stole money from my bank account he should be back in jail!

I ordered Kevin Trudeau's book two months ago. The phone call took forever as they kept offering more and more items to buy. I told them I just wanted the book and what came with it, nothing else. I was told that a subscription to his monthly newsletter was included with the book offer and that they would send out a newsletter and all I had to do was call within thirty days and cancel it and I would not be charged.

I had the person on the phone give me the number to cancel so that I could do this immediately, I called one week later and told them that I did not want to receive the newsletter or anything else from this company except the book that i had ordered. I asked them if my card would be charged for anything other than the book that i ordered and i was assured that it would not be charged again. Last week (9-5), I received a newsletter in the mail with a notice that said if you want to receive this do nothing if not cancel, I called the number and told them that i had already cancelled this once, why am I having to do it again I was told that My card would not be billed. Then Yesterday (9-16) I went on-line to my bank and noticed that i had been charged $71.40 for kevin Trudeau's newsletter. I immediately called and I was told that i would be given a credit within four days and that's all they could do.

Maybe I should call the bank and report my card as stolen because that's exactly what kevin trudeau did, stole the account information and used it later to take money out of my account, hoping that I wouldn't notice or if I did enough time would lapse that the bank could tell me it had been too long to reverse it.
Kevin trudeau belongs back in jail.
