Kevin Trudeau's book is a scam. Luckily I borrowed the book from my public library and did not waste money purchasing the book. However, I did waste about 30 minutes of my life skimming this book to find out information that any health oriented individual would know. Also, he does not provide any "cures" to any diseases unless you purchase a subscription to his newsletter. Yeah Right.

I have, however, read a great book called Blink by Malcolm Gladwell. It discusses when we should accept or disregard our first impressions. The first impression that came to my mind when I glanced at Kevin Trudeau's picture on his book was Scam Artist. After skimming the book and then researching him I knew I was right.
