Please DO NOT buy from YESASIA. I have an order email which confirmed that my order (a book) that was shipped on 29 May. It is July, and I did not receive it. I called US customer service center. They say they will assume that the order is "lost", and will ship another one. Sounds reasonable enough, except, they were not able to tell me when the "new" order is expected to arrive, as they will have to order the book in to get it "in stock", before they can ship it. As I will be moving to another location, I asked if they can ship it to another address, and the answer was that they will have to charge me another shipping fee. I then asked for a refund of my order. And they said they were unable to refund my order.

This is tantamount to Fraud. As I do not have a shipping nor tracking proof that the order has been shipped. And am unable to know when the "new" order will arrive. And cannot get my money back. I am appreciative that they have a real human being to answer the phone though. And said that I will post about my experience online so that other people will not suffer the same consequence. She finally agreed to refund my money. It is not a huge amount. But I would not trust this supplier.
